Built for High-Volume Lead Networks

Every lead to the right buyer,
in the exact order you set.

Four routing modes — priority waterfall, best zip price, broadcast, and live ping-post auction — put every lead in front of the buyer who should get it, fall through automatically when one says no, and log every single attempt.

Routing Logic

Four ways to route a lead — pick one per offer

Every offer's buyer slots can be evaluated a different way. Whichever mode you choose, every attempt is logged, so you always know exactly what happened to a lead.

Priority Waterfall

Try buyer slot 1 first. If it's rejected, the lead falls through to slot 2, then slot 3 — in exactly the order you configured.

  • Buyer priority is set per offer, not per lead
  • Slots already tried are excluded on retry
  • Order holds even under high volume

Best Zip Price

Match the lead's zip code against every buyer's assigned zip list and route to whoever configured the highest price for that zip.

  • Longest-prefix matching, not just exact match
  • Buyer zip lists can be bulk-uploaded
  • Matched price can auto-set the lead's sell price

Broadcast to All

Send the same lead to every configured buyer slot at once, for offers where more than one buyer is meant to receive it.

  • All slots fire in parallel
  • Success/failure logged independently per buyer
  • No priority ordering required

Live Ping-Post Auction

Ping every configured buyer for their current bid on this lead, sort by price, then post the full lead to whoever bid highest.

  • Real-time bid comparison before posting
  • Highest bidder receives the full lead
  • Works with connectors like Modernize
How It Works

One rejection
isn't the end of the lead.

When a buyer in the priority waterfall rejects a lead, routing doesn't stop — it automatically retries against the next slot in line. A slot that's already been tried for this lead is excluded, so the same buyer is never pinged twice for it. Every attempt, accepted or rejected, is written to the delivery log.

  • Retry happens automatically — no manual rerouting
  • Tried slots are excluded from the next attempt
  • Full request/response logged per integration, per attempt
  • Daily buyer and offer caps checked before every send

Zip-Level Routing

Route by zip code, down to the exact prefix

Assign each buyer a list of zip codes and a price. When a lead comes in, it's matched against every buyer's list using longest-prefix matching — not just an exact match — and routed to whoever configured the highest price for that specific zip.

9
Wide Prefix — Buyer A
Buyer A is configured for the broad "9" prefix, so almost any zip in that range matches — but a broad match is a weak match.
902
Specific Prefix — Buyer B
Buyer B is configured for the narrower "902" prefix. For a lead from 90210, that's the longer, more specific match — and it wins the lead.
Longest prefix wins
Bulk Zip Upload
Buyer zip-to-price lists don't need to be entered one at a time — they can be bulk-uploaded, so covering thousands of zips takes minutes, not days.

The winning zip match can also auto-set the lead's sell price, so pricing and routing stay in sync without a separate step.

Live Bidding

Ping-post: bid first, post to the winner

For offers where buyer prices move in real time, the platform pings every configured buyer for a current bid before sending anything, then posts the full lead only to whoever bid the highest.

1. Ping

Every configured buyer is pinged with the lead's basic attributes and asked for a price — no full lead data changes hands yet.

2. Bid & Sort

Bids come back and are sorted highest to lowest. The buyer willing to pay the most for this specific lead is selected.

3. Post

The full lead is posted to the winning buyer, and the exchange — bid, response, timestamp — is logged like any other integration attempt.

Reliability & Audit

Every send is checked, logged, and traceable

Routing logic only matters if delivery is reliable. Caps are enforced before every send, and nothing happens without a record.

01
Caps Enforced Automatically
Daily offer-level and per-buyer caps are checked before every delivery attempt — once a buyer's cap is hit, the network operator is notified.
02
Full Submission Log
Every integration attempt — status, request, response, error — is recorded per lead, per buyer, so you see exactly what was sent and what came back.
03
Complete Audit Trail
Every status change on a lead is tracked: who changed it, what changed, and when.
04
Bulk Export & Resend
Export leads to Excel in bulk, and resend a single lead — or a whole batch — to an integration without re-entering anything.
Buyer Connectors

Pre-built
connections to real buyers.

Trafficore ships with pre-built connectors for buyers like Modernize, Networx, LeadConduit, LeadProsper, LeadPerfection, MarketSharp, and more. Need a buyer that isn't listed? The same integration framework behind all 170+ connectors lets a new one go live in hours, not weeks.

  • Can pass consent tokens like Jornaya LeadiD and TrustedForm through to buyers that require them
  • Compliance with lead-gen regulations remains the network operator's responsibility

Plans built for lead volume, not lead count

Every plan includes all four routing modes. Zip-code and ping-post routing at real scale is where teams typically move up to Enterprise, which also adds the GEO Redirector and dedicated support — nothing is gated behind a tier you'd need to guess about first.

FAQ

Common questions from lead-gen networks

What happens when a buyer rejects a lead?

If the offer uses priority waterfall routing, the lead automatically falls through to the next buyer slot in line — the slot that just rejected it is excluded from the retry. Nothing needs to be re-sent manually, and every attempt is logged.

Can I route leads by zip code?

Yes. Assign each buyer a list of zip codes and a price, and the platform matches incoming leads using longest-prefix matching, then routes to whichever buyer configured the highest price for that zip. Zip lists can be bulk-uploaded.

Do you support ping-post?

Yes. The platform can ping every configured buyer for a live bid before sending the lead, sort the responses by price, and post the full lead to the highest bidder — including connectors like Modernize that support ping-post natively.

Is Trafficore TCPA compliant?

Trafficore is infrastructure your network operates — it can pass consent tokens like Jornaya LeadiD and TrustedForm through to buyers that require them, but compliance with TCPA and other lead-generation regulations is the responsibility of the network operator, not something Trafficore certifies.
