The spreadsheet stops scaling around buyer six

Shared logins, manual payout math, and flat exports work fine for one or two buyers. Past that, they become the bottleneck holding your team back.

Team Structure

Eight roles, one hierarchy

Every seat — from Owner down to Contactable — gets exactly the access it needs. Nothing shared, nothing over-exposed.

Roles & Access Scope
RoleScope
OwnerTenant-wide settings, branding, and platform defaults
AdminFull access across offers, users, integrations, and finance
ManagerAssigned buyers' offers, leads, and daily performance
Senior ManagerExtended management access across the team
MediabuyerOwn streams, offers, and statistics
AccountantDeposits, withdrawals, and payment approvals
AdvertiserOwn offers, leads, and advertiser-side finance
ContactableContact details published on landing pages

New buyers are automatically assigned to the manager who created their account. From that point on, a Manager sees and reports on their own assigned buyers only — not the rest of the team.

Payouts & Caps

Payout rules that follow the buyer, not the offer

Two buyers can run the exact same offer at two different payout and cost rates — and you set the daily lead cap for each one individually.

Per-buyer payout & cost

Override the payout and cost for a single buyer on a single offer, as a fixed amount or a percentage — the rest of the team keeps the offer's standard rate.

  • Fixed or percent override
  • Scoped to one buyer, one offer
  • Standard rate stays the default

Per-buyer daily caps

Set how many leads a specific buyer can send per day, independent of the offer-wide cap. Both are checked before a lead goes out, and the buyer is notified the moment they're capped.

  • Personal daily lead limit
  • Enforced alongside the offer cap
  • Automatic cap-hit notification

Every change is on record

Payout and cap overrides are fully audited — who changed what, from which value, to which value, and when. No edits nobody can trace.

  • Full change history per buyer/offer pair
  • Manager and admin accountability
  • Nothing silently overwritten
Team View

Traffic Infrastructure

Your traffic sources just keep working

Buyers keep the sub-ID structure, pixels, and UTM parameters they already use. The panel preserves them across the funnel and fires server-to-server postbacks back to each source the moment a lead changes status — no rebuilding tracking setups to fit the platform.

FAQ

Common questions from team leads

Straight answers about payouts, caps, and access.

Can I set a different payout for the same offer per buyer?
Yes. Payout and cost can be overridden for a single buyer on a single offer, as a fixed amount or a percentage, without touching the offer's default rate or creating a duplicate offer.
How do daily lead caps work across a team?
You can set a cap on the whole offer and a separate cap per buyer. Both are checked before a lead is sent to an integration, and the buyer is notified automatically if their personal cap is reached.
Can buyers see each other's data?
No. Access is role-scoped: a Mediabuyer sees their own streams and statistics, a Manager sees the buyers assigned to them, and full team-wide visibility is limited to Owner, Admin, and Senior Manager.
What happens after the trial?
You choose a plan — Basic, Pro, or Enterprise — and keep every buyer, role, and payout rule exactly as configured. Nothing resets.
